About

A local practice with roots and range

Nesbit Law NC is a solo firm rooted in Davie County, focused on the estate planning and probate work that touches nearly every North Carolina family.

On top of Sam’s years of experience in estate planning and probate, he was a judicial intern for three judges of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, editor of the Campbell Law Observer while in law school, and has spent significant time working with other firms and departments, including the Federal Public Defender, on a wide range of matters from criminal law to complex eDiscovery disputes.

The firm keeps a deliberately narrow focus so clients get real attention. When a matter is outside that focus, Sam will say so and point you to the right person.
